The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you needed, and the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the historic part of the city.

The hotel was fairly clean with a lovely design. The stuff was exceptional, provided a very quick check-in and a late check-out. The restaurant was stunning which offered very tasty meals here, I had excellent dishes. A huge window, a lounge and blinds where good.

The Barber was excellent as was the bar and grill.
My booking was not there when I arrived. The hotel had to create one on the spot as I had my Booked.net receipt.

The cocktail bar set up in room The shower taps at front of shower so you dont get a cold shower turning the taps on Gowings Grill was sensational great atmosphere Staff at reception were friendly personable and helpful
Cheap single ply toilet paper in bathroom. No ice in room for cocktail tray bath mat on other side of room from shower near toilet The bed too soft ( cant believe I am saying that) The phone didnt get answered by Gowings when you press the button went to a no name voicemail

The beds were comfy, the room had a nice view of a famous landmark, and the location was amazing, close to Darling Harbour.

The setting was amazing, close to Town Hall train station, the Opera House, and the Harbor Bridge. Our room was brand-new and top-notch, with a larger bathroom and views down George St decorated with Christmas lights. - the staff were top-class at both the reception desk and main door. - Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
